Mother is a 4-week journey to connection, compassion, and self-discovery led by Carrie-Anne Moss and Natalie Christensen.

This course provides compassionate information and real-life tools to implement smoother systems of communication with your children or step-children.

Mother has helped me tremendously with presence with my children and I cannot express enough gratitude for the inspiration and healing I have received in being part of this course.
— Brandi W.
Such a life-changing course! I loved every moment of it. It is “get-down-and-dirty” every day advice and deeply inspiring at the same time. Thank you so much for this offering.
— Hannah L.

MOTHER is a place where we speak openly about the ups and downs of motherhood, including both the hardship and the bliss. We share insights, stories, and techniques to build lives that feel good in the heart and in the home.

I just finished the Mother course which was truly life altering. It is one of the most powerful courses I’ve ever taken in my 36 years in this form.
— Alex S.
As a mom of 3 teens, the lessons I’ve learned here have helped me so much in the way speak to my kids and the ‘advice’ that I give.
— Cherie

Our Mission

The Annapurna Mother mission is to reach and teach mothers who long to feel better, be better, and do better at mothering themselves and their children. Through our teachings, we help facilitate a language of connection to help women guide their lives and children to a grounded, connected, self-aware place.

Our plan

MOTHER is a four-week course that cultivates intimacy, self-discovery and connection. Each week, new content—video, written, and audio—is rolled out for you. Carrie-Anne and Natalie hold a live video conference every week for 4 weeks to answer questions from women. Through the 4-week curriculum and support calls, women are able to learn new tools to transform the way they communicate and connect with children and loved ones.

Our book

The Annapurna Mother workbook comes filled with writing and stories from Carrie-Anne and Natalie. It also contains plenty of journaling pages and lots of writing prompts to help you get the most out of your experience. This book is available as an add-on purchase to registrants only. The link to purchase will be sent out after you enroll.

Thank you Natalie and Carrie-Anne and all of you who have posted so honestly about your own struggles and challenges. Learning from you all has been a gift. I entered this month with the expectation of gaining insight and perspective but I didn’t expect the transformation that I feel. I feel truly humbled by what I’ve been learning about myself and energized by the fact that I can see such a change in my own contentment and the relationships around me already. I’ve had less tantrums and shouting from my girls in the last two weeks and my eldest has opened up and talked more about her days, a true measure that this is genuinely working for us.

— Melanie
I have to say that the information and conversations by Natalie and Carrie-Anne as well as the questions and comments from all of the students in this course are mind-blowing and life changing for me right now. It surprises me so much how well this approach works. It’s magic and it’s so easy and I don’t know why it is not out there in the world for everybody to use!

This has been such an amazing month, thank you ALL! I have gained such wonderful tools from the lessons here and from the sharing of stories/experiences in the comments and suggestions. The reframe has been powerful. I can already see the shifts in my family.
